CHRISTIE’S TO OFFER PRIVATE COLLECTION WITH GREATEST BURGUNDIES IN HK ON 20 MAY

Global auction house Christie’s will present “The Ultimate Private Collection Featuring The Greatest Burgundies”, on 20 May at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
This is a single-owner private collection described as “a treasure-trove of highly sought-after superlative wines” and is expected to convene the greatest wine connoisseurs from around the world.
The main focus of this private collection is the diverse and exemplary offering of exceedingly rare top-quality Burgundy, led by legendary bottles from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Domaine Leroy.

This meticulously curated collection features some of the world’s finest and rarest wines, focusing on wine producers that have an established reputation for stunning wines that are highly sought-after and are thrillingly complex and amongst the very finest examples from their appellation.
The sale also features an wide array of mouth-watering Champagne, with vintages from Krug and Dom Pérignon, to name a few.
Completing the private collection are legendary vintages from the Bordeaux First Growth Châteaux, historic vintages of Port and Madeira and Tuscany’s Sassicaia.
