Hong Kong’s signature Wine and Dine Festival will return on 29 October to the Central Harbourfront Event Space, overlooking Victoria Harbour’s famous skyline.
One of Asia’s flagship outdoor food and wine events, this year’s edition will host more than 300 exhibitor booths, bringing together wine producers, local and international restaurants, and beverage brands spanning over 30 wine producing nations and regions.
New national pavilions for Australia, Canada and South Korea join returning heavy hitters including France, Italy, Spain, mainland China and Georgia, broadening geographic diversity for trade visitors and leisure going food lovers alike.
A centre piece collaboration with the Bordeaux Wine Council will put Bordeaux wines under the spotlight, featuring exclusive tastings and education sessions.
The premium Grand Wine Pavilion gathers over 20 leading local wine merchants, backed by a full programme of more than 20 masterclasses led by master sommeliers and industry specialists, covering vintages, terroir and winemaking techniques.
On the culinary front, the festival’s curated Tasting Room will welcome a high profile roster of international celebrity chefs including Edward Lee and Thierry Marx, alongside top local and mainland Chinese culinary talents for special pop‑up dining experiences.
A fresh “Only in Hong Kong” Flavours zone will highlight iconic local street food and signature restaurant dishes, anchoring the programme in the city’s distinct gastronomic identity.
Beyond the four‑day outdoor fair, the occasion kicks off city wide Wine & Dine Month throughout November.
Hundreds of Hong Kong’s restaurants, bars and hotels will roll out limited time set menus, wine pairing offers and dining promotions, extending the celebration across neighbourhoods from Central to Kowloon.
Trade observers note the festival reinforces Hong Kong’s long‑standing position as Asia’s key wine trading hub, building on strong H1 2026 import data that shows robust growth in high value wine inflows into the city.
Organisers expect strong turnout from Greater Bay Area day trippers alongside international tourists.
